Monica’s Motivational Moment: Distraction is Never Satisfied

Distractions appear innocent as first, try disguised as a harmless break, physician a few moments of mindless entertainment, pharmacy or a quick connection with others by phone or social media. We reasoned that there is little harm in spending a few minutes taking our minds off our dreams or assisting someone else with their passion.

Distractions are insatiable, demanding more and more attention. Undisciplined, distractions fuel thoughts of unworthiness, doubt and resentment. Before long, we are spending valuable energy focusing on anything and everything but our dreams. Be alert and keep watchful. Distractions are everywhere.
